• Beginner > Cuban Salsa

If a complete beginner or new to Cuban Salsa, it is advisable to start here.

This will help with the core moves and styling at each level.

Taught on a rolling syllabus of core moves, this class may be

joined at any time.

 

 

• Beginner > Level 1 Cuban Salsa

An introduction to "La Rueda de Casino" (the Cuban Wheel).

All moves can be danced with a partner or within a group.

Join this class when you feel competent and confident that you

have mastered the beginner core moves.

 The male lead is taught through every move.

 

             Beginner > Bachata / Bachata Rueda 

An introduction to the Bachata basic steps, holds and turns.

This class is for those new to Bachata and can be joined at any time.

 

             Improver > Bachata / Bachata Rueda

For those that are confident with the basics and want to progress in the

Bachata Rueda.

This class is flexible and other dance styles such as Cha Cha, Merengue,

Bachata Tango may be introduced.

 

 Open Dance Practice

This is an opportunity to practice your moves.

Music played will be suitable for all levels.
